The Mineral County Commissioners voted on Monday, March 16, 2020 to close ALL county offices/buildings to the public due to COVID-19 and the protection the citizens of Mineral County. Currently each business office is still operating. Below is a list by office on how you can make payments or conduct other business.
Mineral County Courthouse

The Mineral County Sheriff's Office is currently closed to the public. If you have a concern, question or need to make an appointment please call 1-775-945-2434 or if it's an emergency please call 911.

Those who wish to place funds on inmate accounts can do so through the Access Corrections website at https://www.accesscorrections.com/#/ or using their toll free number at 1-866-345-1884.

Fingerprinting for CCW's has been suspended for two weeks.

Multiple online resources are available through Mineral County Library. If you have a smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC, you can access eBooks, magazines, audiobooks, language learning, coding, and more. PLEASE do not use the book drop, hold onto all materials until the closure is lifted. Automatic renewals are in place and NO fines will be assessed during this time.
