**  Note:  Effective January 1, 2020  -  The fees for Notice of Intent to Holds & 
Annual Assessment filing increased to:  $12.00 per claim + $12.00 document fee. Also, the payments for the BLM are due by September 1 and for the County the payment is due by November 1.

Note: Effective Immediately - The fees for a Notice of Default have increased to : $250.00 plus standard recording fees ($35.00).

** Note: Due to the high processing fee for foreign checks, this office will no longer accept foreign checks, bank notes of any kind, or foreign currency in exchange for recording services.


All recording transaction must be paid for with a Domestic check, money order, credit card or U.S. currency.

This office policy becomes effective July 30, 2020.
